Bike Through Our National Parks

For most of the country Spring has sprung! That means blooming flowers, singing birds, and better weather for a ride on your favorite trails and through our National Parks. In August 2019, the U.S. National Park Service (NPS) officially authorized use of electric bikes. E-bikes that can be used in pedal-assist mode and have no more than 750 watts (1 h.p.) can be used on the trails of some of the most beautifully wild places on the planet. Mountain and off-road style e-bikes can get you over rocks and roots quickly and quietly. Hitch a trailer to your e-bike to haul camping gear and make it a weekend! Don’t forget the bug (and bear) spray!
